Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, a renowned fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in chicken fingers, embarked on establishing its inaugural Wisconsin location in Kenosha. This venture marked a significant expansion into the Southeastern Wisconsin market, necessitating a swift and efficient construction process to meet the brand’s high standards and tight timelines.

Challenge

The project presented the challenge of executing a fast-paced construction schedule within a compact 4,869 sq/ft space. As Raising Cane’s first Wisconsin site, it was imperative to adhere to strict deadlines and maintain quality standards, all while navigating the complexities of a new market environment in Kenosha.
