Challenge: This sprawling, five-wing campus style project that included multiple occupancy types made managing our workforce more difficult than normal.

Solution: Roman put in extra effort in all areas and established intense coordination with the general contractor and owner, making the goals of the project very clear and relaying them to everyone working in the five different wings.
