Bradley Corporation, a leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing fixtures headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, expanded its operations by constructing a new 190,000 sq. ft. facility in Germantown. This state-of-the-art plant accommodates manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse operations, with provisions for an additional 100,000 sq. ft. to support future growth. Roman Electric was entrusted with delivering comprehensive electrical solutions, including the installation of the main power supply, distribution panels, and lighting systems for the building’s interior, exterior, and parking areas.

Challenge

As an established company seeking to modernize its infrastructure, Bradley Corporation required a high-tech facility capable of meeting substantial power demands. The challenge lay in designing and implementing an electrical system that could support advanced manufacturing processes while ensuring scalability for future expansions.

Solution

Roman Electric’s engineering team collaborated closely with Bradley’s operations personnel to develop and execute an electrical plan tailored to the facility’s extensive power requirements. The project encompassed the installation of a robust main power supply, efficient distribution panels, and comprehensive lighting solutions, ensuring the new Germantown plant operates seamlessly and is well-equipped for future technological advancements.
