Harley Davidson Hub Park Project
Partnering with the Harley-Davidson Foundation, acclaimed designer Thomas Heatherwick and his studio will reimagine land on Harley-Davidson’s Juneau Avenue campus headquarters to benefit employees, the people of Milwaukee and visitors to the city
Challenge
This project is a one-of-a-kind. We were tasked with providing an outdoor entertainment venue lighting and power installation while concealing as much of the electrical as possible to provide an aesthetical solution aligned with the designer’s vision. The site is comprised of many elevation changes, architectural elements, bio-retention ponds, surfaces and features for wood, stone, and steel.
Solution
Roman Electric provided a comprehensive layout to minimize the need for additional exposed elements. Our process was to provide drawings detailed with all conduit pathways, provide mockups for mounting configurations, exposed transitions, and features, and color samples to ensure the best finishes were selected.
